Get to Know Dr. Victoria Aimé, Your Scottsdale Plastic Surgery Expert

Welcome, it is a pleasure to connect with you!

By way of introduction, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and my philosophy as a physician. I am a native Arizonan and am happy to call the Valley of the Sun my home. My professional background is in biomedical engineering and I chose plastic surgery as my medical specialty as it marries my love of analytical thinking, creativity and aesthetics with my passion for surgery. Following my fellowship, I chose to found Metropolitan Plastic Surgery to build a practice that offers an exceptional aesthetic experience with a team of genuinely kind people in a comfortable atmosphere. I truly enjoy getting to know my patients, taking care of them and being a part of their aesthetic journey. I am proud of you for having the courage to explore options to help you feel your best inside and out and I am excited to help you reach your goals.

I look forward to meeting you soon. If there is anything that I or the Metropolitan Plastic Surgery team can do for you in the meantime, please reach out and let us know.

Very sincerely,
-Dr. Victoria (Tori) Aimé

As an undergraduate, Dr. Aimé attended Arizona State University (ASU) where she studied Biomedical Engineering and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then went on to complete a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering also from ASU.

Dr. Aimé then attended medical school at the University of Arizona (U of A) College of Medicine in downtown Phoenix. It was during her time in medical school that she became truly fascinated with plastic surgery and was fortunate to match into her #1 choice for residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic Hospital Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency program in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Aimé had the distinguished honor of being the first applicant accepted into this program.  Prior to this, the program was available only as an ‘independent track’ for applicants that had completed their general surgery residency as a prerequisite. Each class accepted only one plastic surgery trainee per year.

Dr. Aimé completed six years of plastic surgery residency with extensive training in in all aspects of the field including general reconstruction, microsurgery, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, peripheral nerve surgery and aesthetic surgery. During this time, she developed a passion for aesthetic plastic surgery and chose to focus her career on this.

Following residency, she pursued additional specialized fellowship training in aesthetic plastic surgery in Texas where she gained focused experience with aesthetic surgical and non-surgical procedures under the direction of renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Luis Rios.
